Gradient's screening process helps to select the top pharmacy staff for your business. Our Pharmacists must hold a BS in Pharmacy or a PharmD degree from an accredited college of pharmacy program. In addition, all Pharmacists must have at least one year of working experience, hold the appropriate licensure, and have past the North American Pharmacist Licensure Examination (NAPLEX).
